Family picture
Well...I decided since Calvin is now 10 months old, I should probably put a picture of our family on here. It's not the best, but it shows us as "us" so I couldn't pass it up! Enjoy...it will probably be there for a while.

Construction!
It has been quite interesting to see the process of moving a house and digging a basement. The neighbors seemed to think so too! I know it's not the best picture, but it's all I had. I didn't even think about taking a picture of the audience we acquired. It was pretty neat to see all of the neighbors that were interested and would come and watch, especially when the house was being moved.
When the house was moved, it was done on these little wheels. It actually went really fast once everything was in place; it took about 2-3 minutes.
This is our hole!
The house in the backyard. It sat here for about 1 month.
My brother-in-law hanging out underneath the house
Lanny and Calvi sitting on the house moving beams
Landon loved running around on the footings
We took a few pictures of Landon on the tractors and now whenever he sees one he asks if he can climb on it. I didn't think about that when I was taking the pictures.
Road base being brought in to help dry out and thicken the mud
The foundation being poured
This is our storage room. I am so excited for this! No more running outside in the middle of winter to get and put away my Christmas decorations.
While all of the outdoor construction was going on, we were there to watch! Especially the most faithful neighbor of all, thanks Dad!
The main support beams being placed. Thanks for all your help guys!
Overall, the process has gone quite smoothly. Today the framing was complete. I haven't taken any pictures of the recent progress, but I will keep you posted.
